Same idea as one of my favorite two-part texts: ask “do you like wine?”, and when she says yes, follow up with “good, let’s split a bottle.” Small yeses lead to a bigger yes. This is called a compliance ladder. Here it is in one of my real conversations:

Notice how fast that goes from a simple question to “That works, say 8?” One easy question, one assumption, and the date is set.

Here’s another one. I ask “what are you looking for on here?”, she says “meeting new people, having new experiences,” and I flip her own answer back on her: “I can def show you a new experience.” A few messages later, I’m setting the date.

Pro tip: “What are you looking for on here?” works best if your profile is already a bit flirty or sexual. And it mostly works in North America and Western Europe. In other places, the default answer tends to be “friends.”
